One of the biggest trends lately, that is still on the rise, is ombre. am absolutely in love with the ombre trend. It looks so boho and carefree which is exactly how I describe my style. Personally, I am more keen towards ombre that looks less dramatic. I love when I see a really good ombre that is very subtle and doesn't look like a jet black hair going directly into platinum at the ends.
Many celebrities have been sporting the ombre trend. Some of my favorites that I found are Ashlee Simpson, Rachel Bilson, and of the course the classic Alexa Chung. Some more celebrities' hair to check out are Khloe Kardashian, Lily Aldridge, Drew Barrymore, Lauren Conrad, and Jessica Biel.
For those blondes who are tired of spending the money and time on highlighting their hair so much, ombre is perfect for you! It's less maintenance, and gives such a California, beachy vibe.
Unfortunately, I have yet to ombre my hair, although I have let my caramel highlights grow out so it does look like I have subtle ombre. But be careful, because bleach can damage ends so if you are trying to grow your hair out like me, I would suggest waiting until you're at your goal length to go ombre!
