Sweater Weather

It's officially sweater weather! Fall weather in Chicago is the perfect sweater weather, not too hot or cold.Thick or thin, fitted or oversized, it's safe to say I'm obsessed. My favorite colors for sweaters are neutrals and pale pinks. I like to keep it simple. There are just so many choices for sweaters this fall season and I am completely in love. A comfy oversized sweater, leggings and combat boots is my go-to fall outfit.  I just don't think I will ever get over the sweater and boots trend because it is my absolute favorite time of the year and there are just too many good fall fashion finds! 

Fall Fashion: Shoes

Shoes have always been a favorite of mine when it comes to fashion, and during the fall season I go a little shoe crazy. I recently bought the Steve Madden black Troopa combat boots(top right) and I'm completely obsessed. Combat boots are an easy way to add an edge to an outfit and they are a huge trend for fall. I am also obsessed with studding if you couldn't tell. I love the way it adds some detail to plain black shoes. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the tall brown boot and how simple yet cute it is! I don't go out too often so I'm a little too young to wear heels on a regular basis but I can see myself in bootie heels during the fall. They look sophisticated and chic while keeping your feet warmer than pumps! And of course, I had to include the mocassins and converse for the lazy days where you still want to look cute but you don't want to look like you tried too hard!
